Key Responsibilities
- Act as the functional lead for Temenos Transact implementation across multiple modules.
- Own the business requirements gathering process and conduct gap-fit analysis against Temenos functionality and solutions to address the gaps.
- Develop specifications for Temenos Transact implementations (BRDs, FSDs, User Stories).
- Identify and validate customization needed in the platform.
- Lead configuration, parameterization, and functional system testing efforts within Temenos.
- Drive creation and review of functional specifications, solution designs, and interface requirements.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Temenos capabilities, product roadmap, and best practices.
- Support SIT/UAT cycles by providing inputs into test cases and coordinating issue resolution.
- Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
- Support end user training, cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a technology or business discipline with a well ranked institution.
- 5 - 10 years' relevant experience.
- Experience in at least 1 full-cycle Temenos Transact implementations or major upgrades for medium or large sized banks.
- Delivery experience with clients in ASEAN is preferable.
- Deep functional knowledge of one or more Temenos Transact modules: AA Loans, AA Deposits, Payments.
- Strong understanding of core banking processes.
- Extensive experience in writing functional specifications documents (BRD, FSD, User Stories).
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in working on Agile delivery methodologies as part of Temenos implementations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of the new age solution provider landscape and their capabilities across banking.
- Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams to shape up and deliver new opportunities.
- Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
