Key Responsibilities
- Create and update SPC charts, limits, rules, and attributes
- Monitor chart health and escalate abnormalities
- Update FDC traces, limits, alarms; perform basic troubleshooting
- Enable/disable R2R models based on engineering instruction
- Process recipe revisions and parameter changes
- Validate recipe uploads and equipment communication
- Update SigmaSpec per approved engineering change
- Ensure spec alignment across SPC, FDC, R2R, and RMS
- Execute MES changes, validations, and state transitions
- Support WIP, equipment status, and data collection plan accuracy
- Troubleshoot MES errors (missing data, state flow issues, communication faults)
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, IT, Automation, or related field
- Basic understanding of SPC, automation, and semiconductor operations
- Experience with SPACE SPC, E3 FDC/R2R, RMS, MES/Shop Floor and SigmaSpe is preferred
- Semiconductor manufacturing or automation experience will be an added advantage
- Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift
