Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key interface between the Business Division and the Operations Scheduling & Dispatching team to ensure accurate delivery commitments, with strong focus on quarter-end revenue fulfilment.
  • Commit to and deliver the Lean Planning Production Program for the 26-week demand horizon; provide weekly Back End Short Term (BEST) demand confirmation with second-level capacity checks for changes in demand structure.
  • Drive demand fulfilment to meet customer orders and achieve delivery KPIs, including CLIP, Range, Utilization, COR/COP, chip shortage mitigation, and Fastrack fulfilment.
  • Collaborate closely with other backend sites and OSAT partners to align on demand requirements, optimize loading, and ensure delivery accuracy.
  • Work with Business Division Demand Planners and Capacity/Resource Planners on Volume Rolling Forecast, capacity optimization initiatives, and volume/equipment transfer roadmaps.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in new product enablement projects, validating demand ramp-up plans and ensuring equipment and tool readiness.
  • Support weekly management review preparations by providing accurate planning insights and updates.
  • Manage WIP cycle time and drive disposition of loose lots to prevent aging WIP within operations.

Requirements

  • Min. 3-5 years of planning, coordination and scheduling production experience in manufacturing environment, preferably semiconductor industry.
  • Bachelor Degree Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent field.
  • Customer oriented and good understanding of Supply Chain process, inventory control and management.
  • Project Management knowledge in backend Supply Chain Planning is preferred.
  • Prior experience involves in automation / digitalization projects would be a plus.
  • Strong in analytical, communication and time management skills.
  • Knowledge in SAP / programming skills / data analytics will be an added advantage.
