Key Responsibilities
- Work with Fab users to capture and analyze information related to the adoption of apps for Smart Manufacturing.
- Identify gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in solution today.
- Define business solution and propose project for implementation.
- Lead projects and activities that will require the coordination, support, and management of resources from global teams.
- Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities.
- Use metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement.
- Main initial focus of this position will be to support FE-SMAI for NAND, which includes: deployment of existing FE smart-manufacturing solutions and coordinate SMAI tactical support on current top NAND Issues.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Process Integration Engineering (PIE) or Process Equipment Engineering (PEE) department.
- Possess strong domain knowledge of fab processes, experienced in yield improvement activities.
- Good understanding and experience in early stage technology development.
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience in leading and managing project. Good program or project management skills.
- Excellent in communication, team work, and collaboration with other departments.
- Strong passion for Data Science (DS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Generative AI (GenAI), with a strong interest in applying these technologies to smart manufacturing and yield improvement.
- Self-motivated.
- Previous hands-on semiconductor fab experience is must – preferably NAND.
