Key Responsibilities

  • Field, manage, and resolve escalations related to performance defects and ensure proper filing of loss and damage claims.

Requirements

  • Broad experience in global and regional transportation networks (Bulk Air, Ocean, Small Parcel, Bulk Ground).
  • Understanding of support functions including Control Towers and TMS.
  • Proven ability to lead an international team in execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth understanding of Freight and Transportation Management concepts.
  • Ability to use data analysis to drive solutions and identify/resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
  • High level of Business Acumen to connect business requirements to logistics solutions.
