Key Responsibilities

  • Actively mediate with quality and engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues for assigned product groups.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of related engineering disciplines.
  • Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and exercise judgment based on multiple information sources.
  • Proven ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality).
  • Experience in supplier management and negotiation is required.
