Key Responsibilities
- Set electrical targets and define transistor structures for NAND CMOS technology roadmap
- Guide device technology development in collaboration with Design Team and Process Integration
- Ensure developed technology is manufacturable and highly yielding from the start
- Define, execute, and analyze silicon experiments for future device generations
- Interface with Design Engineers to define transistor targets and deliver transistor models
- Work with TCAD simulation group to develop transistor structure strategies
- Ensure transistor models are correctly targeted to anticipate final silicon performance
- Define electrical test structures for transistors, isolation, design rule verification, and process monitoring
- Collaborate with Manufacturing to debug yield and reliability issues
- Mentor less experienced colleagues and foster collaborative team spirit
Requirements
- MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
- PhD in Semiconductor Device Technology preferred
- 5+ years industry experience in CMOS device design, simulation, and characterization
- Experience developing advanced logic transistor technologies
- Experience developing Analog FETs operating at higher voltages
- Preferred: Experience in High Voltage applications, reliability, characterization, and device development
- Understanding of analog design concepts
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent team and mentoring skills
