Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced FEA and adhesive flow simulations to optimize product designs, predict performance, and solve complex engineering challenges from concept through process development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years Exp/ master's degree with 5 years Exp/ PhD Exp with 3 years of Simulation and modeling experience working in R&D setup is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of various computational methods, such as FEA, CFD.
- Proficiency in simulation tools, such as ANSYS (STRUCTURAL, APDL, FLUENT), ABAQUS, STAR CCM+, COMSOL or similar.
- Hands on skill on 3D and 2D CAD design software, like NX, SolidWorks or ProE/Creo.
- Experience in programming languages, such as Python, C++, Fortran or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong analytical, coding and simulation knowledge is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI/ML development for simulation is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiar with Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and Design for Assembly (DFA), stack up tolerance analysis techniques.
