Key Responsibilities
- Drive pioneering business propositions and best-in-class transformation narratives for insurance clients across SEA.
- Lead engagements covering front office/sales and service transformation, omni-channel journey design, and operating model transformation.
- Conduct performance analysis and transformation of distribution channels (agents, bancassurance, direct).
- Identify client business requirements, overall strategy, and opportunities for process/service design efficiencies.
- Conduct extensive desktop and on-the-ground research, including market sizing and competitive benchmarking.
- Develop draft pitch proposals, including storyboarding, data analysis, opportunity sizing, and fee estimates.
- Facilitate client workshops to assess current state and design future state solutions.
- Assess restructuring operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline service delivery.

- Proven ability to communicate findings, conduct impact assessments, and manage change.
- Experience working with clients on strategic transformation agendas through execution.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

- Experience within the Financial Services or Insurance industry is highly relevant.
