Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to facilities projects and audits, using critical thinking and research to drive improvements.
  • Liaise with vendors for quotes and service delivery, applying procurement best practices.
  • Support Corporate Services and HSE initiatives, including campaigns and communications.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned, showing adaptability and a commitment to growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma (minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience) or Bachelor (candidates without prior experience are welcome) in a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in operations for workshop, labs, facility, building services, AV system
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside office hours
  • Some understanding in the HSE requirement
  • Ability to break down tasks and provide realistic timelines
  • Communicates effectively and interacts well with others.
  • Skilled in using MS Office and various collaboration tools.
