Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ramp-up of new products, ensuring production readiness and customer delivery fulfilment.
- Coordinate wafer starts, capacity planning and material readiness to support smooth engineering and ramp-up activities.
- Drive ramp-up planning, safe launches, and early production readiness in complex supply chain environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from development to volume production.
- Manage change projects, ensuring seamless integration and transition in production.
- Support customer PCN process and sample readiness.
- Set up and update product master data according to product phase milestones.
- Enable production and delivery releases in master data and ERP system upon milestone achievement.
Requirements
- A university degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, project management or sample management, with a preference for experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent and confident in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with data visualization tools and being able to create simple reports using Tableau, Power BI, etc. is a plus.
