Key Responsibilities
- Optimize day-to-day operational support for organizational activities and events, applying process improvement to boost efficiency.

Requirements
- Diploma with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor's degree (candidates without prior experience are welcome).
- At least 1 year of operations experience in workshop, labs, facility, building services, or AV systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Ability to break down tasks and provide realistic timelines.
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills for interaction with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and various collaboration tools.
- Self-driven, meticulous, capable of multitasking, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Adaptable and responsive to shifting priorities.
