Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Assist in document control activities, including creation, revision, distribution, and archival of controlled documents
- Ensure quality records are properly maintained, traceable, and readily accessible
- Assist in planning and supporting audits
- Track audit findings, action items, and closure status
- Support preparation of audit evidence and documentation
- Assist in investigation of quality issues and root cause analysis
- Track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure timely and effective closure
- Collect, compile, and analyze quality data (e.g. audit results, CAPA status, KPIs)
- Prepare quality reports and dashboards for management review
- Maintain quality performance metrics and trend analysis
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline
- Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift
- Attention to details to ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation, reporting, and execution of tasks
- Familiar with AI tools such as Python, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Tableau
