Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
  • Assist in document control activities, including creation, revision, distribution, and archival of controlled documents
  • Ensure quality records are properly maintained, traceable, and readily accessible
  • Assist in planning and supporting audits
  • Track audit findings, action items, and closure status
  • Support preparation of audit evidence and documentation
  • Assist in investigation of quality issues and root cause analysis
  • Track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure timely and effective closure
  • Collect, compile, and analyze quality data (e.g. audit results, CAPA status, KPIs)
  • Prepare quality reports and dashboards for management review
  • Maintain quality performance metrics and trend analysis

Requirements

  • Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline
  • Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift
  • Attention to details to ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation, reporting, and execution of tasks
  • Familiar with AI tools such as Python, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Tableau
