- Address common yield and reliability issues in NAND device manufacturing
- Drive quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement in process integration efforts

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in front end semiconductor industry in Process Integration (PI)
- Proven track record in innovation within semiconductor process integration
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor processing technology fundamentals
- Essential knowledge of semiconductor device physics
- Ability to develop holistic end-to-end understanding of PI modules on new NAND technologies
- Adept at data analysis, problem-solving, and process integration optimization
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Ability to support work beyond office hours or weekends when necessary
- Direct experience in Process Integration early phase Technology Development (preferred)
- Proficiency in scripting/programming/engineering/business intelligence/Analytics software (e.g., Python, SolidWorks, Tableau, Power BI) (desirable)
- In-depth knowledge and direct experience with non-volatile memories (NAND) (desirable)
- Good understanding of NAND process flow, process-device interaction, yield & reliability issues (desirable)
