Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting processes for A*STAR's Reporting Entities and Leadership.
- Consolidate financial results across Divisions and provide detailed variance analysis with insightful commentary on performance, trends, and KPIs.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business units, presenting reports and analysis to Senior Leadership and Division Heads.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks through automation and technology adoption.
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts and reporting specialists, building capabilities in data analytics and predictive modeling.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new Management Reporting and Planning Systems, championing BI tools like Power BI/Tableau.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, consolidation, and performance metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (S4/Hana, Planning Software), and BI tools.
- Proven strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs).
