Requirements

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, logistics operations, transportation management, supply chain, or related field.
Minimum 8 years relevant operations experience in Logistics disciplines and management of Logistics Service Providers.
Demonstrated experience and track records in leading logistics operations / projects and driven process improvements.
Demonstrates in-depth understanding of concepts, theories and principles in own job family and basic knowledge of other related job families.
Strong communication and collaboration Skills.
SAP Knowledge will be an advantage.
Highly adaptable in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
High level of Business Acumen.
Guides, influences, and persuades others internally in related areas or externally to drive results.
Attention to details and analytical in problem solving.
Analytical and use of data to drive solutions.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt flexibly.
