Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, logistics operations, transportation management, supply chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years relevant operations experience in Logistics disciplines and management of Logistics Service Providers.
  • Demonstrated experience and track records in leading logistics operations / projects and driven process improvements.
  • Demonstrates in-depth understanding of concepts, theories and principles in own job family and basic knowledge of other related job families.
  • Strong communication and collaboration Skills.
  • SAP Knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Highly adaptable in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of Business Acumen.
  • Guides, influences, and persuades others internally in related areas or externally to drive results.
  • Attention to details and analytical in problem solving.
  • Analytical and use of data to drive solutions.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt flexibly.
  • Knowledge of Problem-Solving Tools (such as 8D, DMAIC).
