Key Responsibilities
- Handle multiple tool types of semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom environment.
- Use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily work and duties
- Operate equipment according to required process specifications. (e.g., procedures, change notifications, work instruction, etc.)
- Actively participate in assigned on-the-job training and complete required trainings as requested.
- Provide operation coverage and backup equipment support when necessary.
- Monitor tools output performance and communicate promptly with Engineers-in-Charge to support equipment error recovery to support project lots movement.
- Demonstrate teamwork in executing process sequences and performing data collection when required.
- Strictly follow safety protocols and cleanroom rules.
- Maintain a 6S work environment and report hazards, suspicious, or abnormal activities promptly.
- Identify and suggest improvements in wafer processing cycle time, equipment utilization, safety, compliance, consumable requirement and cost savings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microelectronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- > 10 years of experience in semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., Photolithography, Etch, Thin Films, Diffusion, CMP, Metrology, bonder) preferred
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment operation in a cleanroom environment will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
- Team player with good communication skills, the ability to work independently and need to guide a group of operators.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced R&D environment with diverse challenges.
