Key Responsibilities

- Financial Oversight & Management Reporting - Lead the preparation and review of periodic financial and management reports for funds under management including but not limited to unaudited financial statements, audit reports, budgets and forecast, actual versus budget, INREV SDDS, quarterly investor reports and capital account statements.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation.
Requirements
- ACCA qualification or a Degree in Accountancy.
- Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a fund controller or senior fund accounting role. Experience in private equity, real estate, or data centres is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards International (SFRS (I)) and fund structures and operations.
- Proficient in financial analysis with a high level of accuracy and attention to details.
