Key Responsibilities

You will join the Service Excellence team where we transform and develop our organisation to meet our customer needs and growth ambition.
You will be expose to transversal business topics across services, responsible to analyze business performance, and drive simplification actions through automation & digital tools What will you do?
Conduct market scans to identify service trends, emerging opportunities, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs.
Analyse industry reports, customer insights, and operational data to generate findings that support business development strategies.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration / Marketing / Data Analytics / Computer Engineering/IT related or similar / Master / MBA
