Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital health adoption and scaling projects involving multiple parties (start-ups, hospital systems, and A*STAR).
- Collaborate with Hospital Project Managers to define DHA project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Lead execution tracks, including technical risk identification and mitigation.
- Coordinate DHA, DxD Hub, and ecosystem enablers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Oversee the development of project agreements, procurement specifications, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- More than 10 years of Healthcare Digital Solutions deployment experience.
- More than 8 years' experience deploying software solutions in Singapore PHIs.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 / 62304 Standards.
- Good understanding of applicable medical device regulations.
- Good understanding of cyber security requirements.
- Good understanding of Integration and workflow requirements.
- Knowledge of HCIT interoperability and integration standards (e.g., DICOM, HL7, FHIR).
- Knowledge in Tiered technical, communication, and Security architecture.
- Knowledge of privacy standards (e.g., PDPA, HIPAA) and requirements.
