Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of diagnostic instruments
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimise system downtime
- Provide timely, professional, and customer-focused field service support
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure high system uptime and reliability
- Deliver high-quality after-sales service and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in field service / technical support is preferred; fresh graduates are welcomed
- Experience with clinical or laboratory instruments is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently in the field
- Good communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and use of a personal vehicle
- Willingness to travel within Singapore and support after office hours and occasional weekends
- Availability for a 7/24 standby rotational basis
