Key Responsibilities
- Implement EHSS management systems in alignment with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA, local regulations, and company EHSS policy
- Ensure compliance to applicable regulations, and develop recommendations that provide solutions, remedies, or process alternatives
- Lead, plan and implement programs to support and achieve site safety KPIs and strategy objectives
- Build & maintain an Incident & Injury free workplace (Live Safe) for both Team Members and Contractors
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct periodic EHSS audits, surveys, and inspections to identify potential hazards
- Provide Management with technical guidance, regulatory advice, and training related to EHSS
- Oversee the process for reviewing and approving the use of chemicals, including safe storage and use, inventory tracking, regulatory reporting, disposal, and shipping
- Identify and develop EHSS training in accordance with company policy, EHSS goals, and local regulations
- Interface regularly with network and global EHSS team to ensure best practices are shared and incorporated
Requirements
- 7 years of EHSS experience and the semiconductor industry
- At least 4 years of experience handling audits and ISO 14001/45001 management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to provide guidance to production and support workers regarding EHSS procedures
- Good teamwork skills and analytical capabilities
