Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Micron's safety programs and procedures are effective, efficient, and conform to the Management System and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate safety records, permits, inspections, and compliance documentation
- Prepare safety reports for management and regulatory authorities
- Track and analyze safety performance metrics and trends
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance and compliance
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety systems

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field e.g. Engineering
- Safety and Health Certifications eg. Certified Safety Professional, WSH Safety Officer Certification, ISO auditor training and certification
- Experience with Construction Requirement
- Ability to read and develop understanding and interpretation of safety regulations
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration
- Minimum 3 years + of experience in related field
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent hazard identification and risk assessment skills
- Ability to influence and engage site personnel at all levels
- Strong communication, presentation, and report-writing skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and safety management systems
