Key Responsibilities

- Actively mediate with quality and engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues for assigned product groups.

- Demonstrated conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline.
- Knowledge of best practices and how the area integrates with others.
- Ability to solve complex problems and exercise judgment based on multiple information sources.
- Proven ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain).
- Experience in materials planning and sourcing within a technical manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring (delivery, quality, cost).
