Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them on a timely manner
- Understand the customers’ requirements and make logistics arrangements to ensure requirements are fulfilled
- Work closely with appointed service providers to secure freight space
- Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection
- Prepare all shipping documents (both international shipments and domestic deliveries)
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely uplift and timely delivery
- Work closely with all stakeholders to resolve any issues till delivery to customers
- Other ad hoc request pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics related matters
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in order processing, coordinating international shipments and domestic deliveries, preparation of shipping documents
- Solid understanding of logistics
- Details oriented team player
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates
- Ability to excel under high level of stress level
- Ability to perform with minimum supervision
- Faster learner and ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures, ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements
