Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Business Risk Leader and SEA SR&T QRM team to cultivate a consultative network, positioning risk as a strategic enabler for business growth.
  • Serve as the central point of contact and subject matter expert on regulatory requirements for Corporate Finance Advisory and Restructuring practices, providing pragmatic guidance to business teams.
  • Drive the deployment of quality and risk management programs and tools across the SEA SR&T business, ensuring consistent application with firm-wide standards.
  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of QRM policies, guidelines, templates, and tools to empower efficient client delivery while maintaining compliance.
  • Support thematic practice reviews and oversee the monitoring of internal policies and ISO standards for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to senior leadership on key regulatory, risk, and quality matters.
  • Design and deliver targeted learning programs for senior leaders and staff within SR&T on reputation, regulatory, and risk management principles.
  • Partner with the Office of General Counsel and Legal team to proactively identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to implement, monitor, and enhance quality and risk management processes.
  • Strong understanding of firm policies and regulatory requirements within professional services.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engagement teams, leadership, and global/regional QRM functions.
  • Experience in a role requiring high attention to detail regarding compliance and quality standards.
  • Capacity to provide expert advice on complex business events and financial transactions.
