Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience with CMP/WET processes
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in memory product development or manufacturing
- Proven automation skills through previous projects requiring coding, machine learning, or scripting
- A mentality centered on problem-solving with a passion for finding creative and effective solutions
- Strong interest in semiconductor frontend fabrication and the memory industry
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities
- Strong personal initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Build of Experiment, and Engineering Statistical data analysis is essential
