Key Responsibilities
- Oversee support services for GIS customers regarding specific IT service or set of services.
- Adhere to service management processes and procedures to meet customer SLAs and maintain satisfaction.
- Complete root cause analysis of outages or incident trends, often collaborating with managed services partners and approving preventative actions.
- Analyze monitoring data to develop plans for implementing recommendations that improve or change IT service technology.
- Manage complex problems and outages escalated from other team members, serving as a technical subject matter expert.
- Configure IT technology and execute complex changes following standard operating procedures and change/release management policies.
- Collaborate with vendors and management to develop product life cycle plans.
- Represent IT Service in change management and enterprise architecture discussions.
Requirements
- 8 - 10 years of experience in SAP EWM module.
- At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences.
- Experience in designing complex warehouse setups, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment.
- Sound knowledge of EWM-PP, EWM-QM, and EWM-SD process integration.
- Vast experience with interfaces, including EDI/IDOC communications between SAP & Non-SAP systems.
- Extensive work experience in Logistics Execution (LE) Module, including Shipping Points, Routes, Leg Determinations, Picking, and Packing.
- Thorough understanding of industry best business practices for SAP WM / EWM Modules.
- Partnering with Business and IT stakeholders to design Extended Warehouse Management globally.
