Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that key supply chain metrics are met for all NPT programs.
- Provide visibility on critical supply continuity challenges by creating and maintaining heat maps and defining mitigation strategies.

- Analyze process maps for critical/complex long lead components and implement mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with engineering to ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy.
- Execute supply strategies to meet demand changes through the S&OP cycle.
- Conduct supplier shortages meetings to ensure accurate delivery commitments for manufacturing.
- Review Change Request Notifications (CRNs) and recommend material availability to ensure a smooth production process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business with emphasis on Supply Chain preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices.
- Proven leadership in functional teams or projects with moderate complexity.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
- Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally, including senior management.
