About the role
AI summarisedWe are expanding our Fab Operations and seeking experienced Process Engineers to sustain and improve processes using SPC to meet stringent quality, cost, and productivity requirements. This role involves deep technical analysis across various modules including Diffusion, TF-CVD, TF-PVD, CT, Litho, Metrology, CMP, Etch, and Metrolog.
FoundryOnsite
Key Responsibilities
- Review ESPC charts using SPACE, applying all relevant rules for ESPC.
- Analyze split lot, DOE data, ET, and sort yield using JMP and Klarity ACE.
- Create SPC charts, DCOP, and modify SLDB using PROMIS (Si-View).
- Upload recipes, verify recipe content compliance using RMS.
- Raise PCRB, manage the opening requirements, follow through with the qual plan, and close CRs after data analysis.
- Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, or spec updates with ECNs.
- Lead improvement projects and process window studies to reduce OOC and improve CPK.
- Collaborate with Equipment and Manufacturing Engineers to meet Module objectives, driving key indices like Uptime and OEE.
Requirements
- Proven ability to analyze complex process data and troubleshoot technical issues in a semiconductor fabrication environment.
- Proficiency in using SPC tools (SPACE, PROMIS/Si-View) and statistical analysis software (JMP, Klarity ACE).
- Strong understanding of process control indices (Cp, Cpk) and quality management processes (PCRB, 8D).
- Experience in process improvement projects and driving yield enhancement initiatives.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Equipment and Manufacturing Engineers.
- Familiarity with various fabrication modules (Diffusion, CVD, PVD, Litho, Etch, etc.) is highly beneficial.
