Key Responsibilities
- Lead HBM program requirements and success criteria document (SCD) definition
- Drive Commit Convergence and Engineering Commit Review (ECR) and integrate with Stage Gate
- Provide deliverables for product development milestones
- Deliver product milestones and sample commits on schedule
- Oversee logistical direction and execution across multi-functional teams
- Lead Critical Program Reviews to discuss program status and direction with executives
- Ratify key decisions in product development
- Direct decision-making in product development and issue resolution with inputs from cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional Technical Direction Forum for path forward on technical decisions
- Ensure decision quality through appropriate problem framing, information gathering, and analysis of multiple alternatives
- Define and drive solutions and strategies to mitigate risks across product lifecycle stages
- Ensure continuous improvement through risk mitigation efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 10+ years of demonstrated ability in Product, Design, Yield Enhancement, or related engineering fields
- Management/leadership experience
- Proven capability to lead urgent, broad, cross-functional technical issues to closure with creative, effective solutions
- Highly collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Experience in direct reporting and matrix management
- Leading a distributed team
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions for sophisticated solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to represent the program in review and issue-based meetings with leadership and cross-functional audiences
