Key Responsibilities
- Act as a lead transformation advisor for C-suite and VP level and stakeholders, delivering industry-specific points of view on how Google Cloud and Gemini drive measurable business value, engaged differentiation, and return on investment.
- Own end-to-end services strategy incorporating AI, shaping and guiding customer's transformation journey by creating roadmaps, proposals, and delivery plans linked to business objectives and constraints.
- Manage cloud delivery programs, ensuring successful execution across customer, partners, and Google Cloud Consulting, while proactively identifying and mitigating transformation risks.
- Be a change agent focused on navigating organizational complexities to ensure the successful adoption of the platform, including owning the plan to activate and drive usage of Gemini and AI Solutions, communicating progress toward realized value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role in management consulting, enterprise technology transformation, or customer success.
- Experience in leading technology or digital transformation programs for enterprise organizations.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with C-suite or VP-level executives.
- Experience supporting public sector clients.
- Experience driving AI transformations in organizations.
- Master's degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
- Experience orchestrating large, multi-workstream programs involving customers, partners, and internal teams in a matrixed organization.
- Experience building business cases and articulating the ROI of technology investments to executive stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem.
- Familiarity with the enterprise AI/ML landscape and enterprise agentic transformation.
