Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop motion control algorithms for complex precision motion systems.
- Implement advanced control strategies with state-of-the-art learning-based control methods including but not limited to reinforcement learning, Bayesian optimization etc.
- Use tools like MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, dSPACE, Speedgoat or equivalent to simulate and control the motion systems

- Develop test procedures for motion control systems to ensure compliance with performance requirements.
- Select and implement motion control components, including sensors, controllers, and drive electronics.
- Work closely with the hardware team to integrate control systems with mechanical and electrical sub-systems.
- Optimize motion trajectories for precision tracking, high speed and energy efficient actuation.
Requirements
- Ph.D degree in Electrical, Control or Mechatronics Engineering
- 2-3 years of work experience or similar is preferred
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
