Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and hands‑on supervision of building, equipment, and facilities operations.
  • Oversee the design, lifecycle management, and documentation of all mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems—including schematics, single-line diagrams, and maintenance records—and lead comprehensive End‑of‑Life (EOL) replacement programs for key M&E assets through lifecycle assessment, condition monitoring, risk evaluation, and timely upgrade planning to ensure reliability and operational continuity
  • Ensure high‑quality workplace environments across cleanrooms, labs, and offices.
  • Drive service excellence for shuttle bus, pantry, and soft services.
  • Manage space allocation, layout planning, communication services and facilities expansion.
  • Lead office access control & security with APAC Security team.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards by partnership with APAC EHS team.
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity programs.
  • Manage portfolio KPIs, space utilization, and OPEX/CAPEX budget performance.
  • Lead Singapore's Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations.
  • Develop long‑term space roadmaps to support business expansion.
  • Lead planning, design, and construction for new buildings, remodeling, cleanrooms, and labs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in facilities management or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of energy auditing, energy modelling, and energy efficiency technologies.
  • Hands‑on experience with both mechanical & electrical systems.
  • Experience in managing multiple sites or regional responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including working with senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and financial modelling for decision‑making.
  • Ability to travel up to 10-30% when necessary.
