Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer processing, or yield engineering (internships and academic projects count)
- Basic understanding of wafer fabrication processes and semiconductor device physics
- Experience or coursework in failure analysis techniques (e.g. electron microscopy, elemental spectroscopy, electrical testing at wafer/assembly)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and yield management systems
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R, VBA, SQL or similar) for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/JMP) and/or machine learning
- Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and safety procedures
