Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and implementing standardized space plans or design guidelines across multiple sites for consistency.
- Identify opportunities to optimize space, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall utilization while balancing cost-effectiveness.
- Provide expert input on engineering decisions related to project costs and budgetary considerations, including evaluating value engineering proposals.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in mechanical & electrical engineering or building-related fields.
- Comprehensive understanding of Singapore’s building regulations and industry standards.
- Resourceful problem solver with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently at all levels and apply strategic thinking creatively.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
