Key Responsibilities
- Drive 3PL/4PL warehouse operations toward proper capacity planning, space optimization, and continuous productivity and quality improvements
- Optimize inbound and outbound supply chain logistics, including management of internal and third-party distribution and transportation of finished goods
- Manage goods receiving performance and liaison with international manufacturing, distribution centers, and freight providers to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor and evaluate logistics/distributor service providers' performance and initiate corrective actions for any foreseeable problems
- Develop and implement regional logistics strategies and guidelines for finished goods and service spare parts, including freight cost analysis and customs clearance across SEA countries
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification
- Strong analytical skills and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing and convincing at all organizational levels
- Fluent in English (oral and written) and advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
