Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team in addressing tenant maintenance and technical requests promptly

- Coordinate lease non-renewals, including refunds, reinstatement checklists, and final accounts for utilities

- Ensure tenants comply with lease provisions and escalate non-compliance after consulting senior management
- Prepare incident reports for tenant non-compliance with security or safety standards; present findings at WSSQ sessions when required
- Maintain awareness of safety and security requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
- Coordinate maintenance and tenancy work efficiently across all units
- Oversee the maintenance of systems across SMRT lines, including fire safety, energy and recycling programs, and portable grease traps
- Plan staff working hours to ensure 24/7 coverage for emergencies
- Ensure timely servicing and repair of air-con, kitchen exhaust systems, and other services provided to tenants
Requirements
- Degree in Building/ Facilities Management / Engineering/Infrastructure & Project Management
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Strong leadership skills to guide the team to excellence under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with tenants, internal teams, and stakeholders

- Good understanding of the retail/commercial property industry
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage resources efficiently, and make informed decisions
