Key Responsibilities
- Act as the functional lead for Temenos Transact implementation across multiple modules.
- Own the business requirements gathering process and conduct gap-fit analysis against Temenos functionality.
- Develop detailed specifications for Temenos Transact implementations, including BRDs, FSDs, and User Stories.
- Lead configuration, parameterization, and functional system testing efforts within Temenos.
- Drive the creation and review of functional specifications, solution designs, and interface requirements.
- Support SIT/UAT cycles by contributing to test cases and coordinating issue resolution.
- Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Support end user training, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a technology or business discipline from a well-ranked institution.
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle Temenos Transact implementation or major upgrade for medium or large sized banks.
- Deep functional knowledge of one or more Temenos Transact modules (AA Loans, AA Deposits, Payments).
- Strong understanding of core banking processes.
- Extensive experience in writing functional specifications documents (BRD, FSD, User Stories).
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in working on Agile delivery methodologies as part of Temenos implementations.
