Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably in a large multinational or professional services firm.
- In-depth knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local transfer pricing regulations.
- Experience managing transfer pricing audits and controversy resolution.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CFA preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
