Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Retail Intermediaries team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and execute distribution strategies for retail intermediary channels including banks, financial advisors, and other partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key intermediary partners to drive product placement and sales.
- Identify and onboard new intermediary partners to expand distribution network.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all distribution activities.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance and channel effectiveness.

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in asset management or financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role covering retail intermediaries.
- Strong understanding of investment products including unit trusts, ETFs, and structured products.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at partner institutions.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory environment and compliance requirements in Singapore.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field. CFA or similar qualification preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
