Key Responsibilities
- Support workshops to capture current and target state across distribution, logistics, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment
- Document workflows using Visio or similar tools with clear traceability from requirements to testing
- Create structured business requirements, use cases, and functional documentation aligned to global standards and APAC needs
- Conduct data-driven impact analysis using SQL, Excel, Tableau, or equivalent tools
- Perform data validation and testing using Oracle queries, extracts, and reports to confirm accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate and support UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-offs
- Collaborate with global teams to refine requirements and ensure successful solution delivery
- Participate in global and regional program reviews, design sessions, and validation meetings
- Work closely with IT, GTS, supply chain operations, and distribution teams to ensure business needs are understood and delivered
- Support data validation and impact assessments
- Prepare documentation for regional alignment, decision-making, and risk/issue tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement roles
- Understanding of Distribution, Logistics, Fulfillment, or Trade Compliance operations
- Familiarity with APAC regulatory and operational requirements
- Proven experience facilitating workshops and developing clear, structured documentation
- Proficiency with workflow tools (Visio) and requirement tracking platforms
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, with the ability to extract and analyse data, run queries, validate transactions, and support operational analysis across order management, inventory, procurement, and distribution functions
- Proven ability to interpret ERP process flows, master data structures, and transactional logs to support business analysis, issue diagnosis, and end-to-end process troubleshooting
- Experience supporting UAT and process validation in complex or regulated environments
- Strong communication skills across cultures and stakeholder groups
- Prior experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or Oracle EBS
- Exposure to Jira, Confluence, Objective, Smartsheet, or other project tools
- Background in regulated industries (MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma)
- Background in Supply Chain- Operations and Distribution
- Lean/Six Sigma or Business Analysis certifications a plus
