Key Responsibilities

  • Need to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute in SAP HCM Time implementation project.
  • Lead teams in the business transformation / managed services track of SAP engagements.
  • Conduct Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops to gather business requirements and finalize to-be design.
  • Deliver Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, integration test scripts as per business requirements.
  • Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators.
  • Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.
  • Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects.
  • Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators.
  • Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed.
  • Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis.

Requirements

  • Over 7 years of SAP HCM Time experience including minimum 2 implementations in end-to-end payroll process.
  • Experienced in Handling Time management scenarios.
  • Good Knowledge about configuration of Work schedule rules, absences, attendances, and Absence/ Attendance Quotas.
  • Knowledge about standard time reports.
  • Knowledge about positive and negative time management in SAP.
  • Knowledge about Time Types, Time events and Time Wage types.
  • Strong knowledge on Time Schema and PCRs.
  • Should have worked on CATS timesheet.
  • Should be well versed about integration between time and payroll.
  • FIORI apps knowledge.
  • Worked on interface with third party tools for time data.
  • BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 4 to 7 Yrs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or IT related disciplines with at least 15 years of working experience.
  • Should have strong process experience in SAP HCM.
  • SuccessFactors experience will be an added advantage.
  • Should have understanding and experience of integration best practices.
  • Excellent business communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
