Key Responsibilities
- Support daily line sustaining for any equipment breakdown and process monitoring.
- Collaborate with Transfer engineer and operation to evaluate, install, characterize, qualify, and validate product/process/line in assigned scope.
- Follow and coordinate IQ/OQ/PQ activities on the lines.
- Train operators and technical support of Implantable Device within IQ/OQ/PQ activities.
- Support Implantable Devices tasks including technical support, non-conformity management, and continuous improvements.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities as per weekly schedule or plan.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and take necessary corrective actions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years’ relevant experience in equipment installation and maintenance in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Good knowledge of laser, mechanical, electrical, electronics, pneumatic, and programmable logic controller (PLC).
- Experience in applying validation protocols and/or tests of validation produced.
- Diploma / ITC / NTC in Engineering or equivalent technical certification.
- Secondary education with working experience in a manufacturing environment is acceptable.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve technical issues independently.
- Ability to work in a team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and perseverance.
