Key Responsibilities
- Own the supply planning & management process to help designated business units achieve higher service levels through improved supply availability
- Consolidate, generate, and compile supply plan after demand consensus
- Validate supply requirements against demand plan and production plan
- Collaborate with demand/order fulfillment and production teams to ensure supply availability
- Analyze stock levels to ensure optimal supply and safety stock to achieve higher service levels within inventory targets
- Resolve supply escalations and expedite shortages
- Ensure adherence to S&OP business process and support development for new business processes
- Perform ad-hoc data mining analysis and act as a subject matter expert for new tool development and enhancement
- Communicate effectively to influence across functions with stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc assignments and tasks as assigned by management
- Support global projects to standardize, streamline, and align supply planning processes and measurement across responsible entities
- Manage supply plan adherence, drive data efficiency, and manage supply surplus and shortages
Requirements
- Preferably completed tertiary studies in Bachelors in Business or Engineering from an institute/university of repute
- Relevant experience in demand or supply planning process in a complex multi-plant supply network
- Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in reputed organizations (global MNCs)
- Relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, or analysis
