Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve the PAC business processes, continual improvement project and BKM alignment

  • Lead PAC alignment and improvement to meet Micron PAC objectives. Align procedures and define requirements based on technical assessment and lesson learns
  • Drive continuous improvement in multiple aspects such as safety, Capex, cash cost, equipment performance, sustainability, new technology introduction, first of a kind tool enablement and etc
  • Engaging suppliers for Continuously improvement to achieve BIC PAC performance
  • Prioritize and lead numerous projects based on Fab and corporate objectives
  • Move projects effectively through project lifecycle – definition, planning, implementation, acceptance and review
  • Motivate partners and all project team members to take ownership of project successes
  • Lead priorities and enhancements to improve business processes and existing systems that are global in nature

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Engineering
  • Min 5 years of relevant wafer fab experience, preferably with experience in PAC
  • Project management experience is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to travel
