Key Responsibilities
- Develop and innovate critical photonics/flat optics modules, driving multi-functional teams to optimize process flows and develop new integration solutions.
- Develop or redefine critical criteria for optimal design performances and process capability, initiating DOE evaluations to characterize process windows.

- Act as subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders, with potential opportunities on customer product delivery.
Requirements
- Degree/Master in Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in silicon or photonics process integration.
- MS/PhD candidates with strong hands-on knowledge of semiconductor unit processes (etch, litho, deposition) and photonics device physics engineering considered.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, possessing good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
