Key Responsibilities
- Raise any cash discrepancies for follow-up with stations or cash handling contractor
- Perform follow up on Investigation Request or Discrepancy Report cases on any discrepancy found
- Monitor cash float ordered by STEL stations and reconcile cash delivered to/collected from STEL stations against PSM shift-end reports
- Generate monthly PSM report and other monthly statistics on related operations
- Escalate/ raise defects on internal systems used for cash handling matters
- Reconciliation of ticketing machine receipts
- Reconciliation of Penalty Fee and Notice of Offence collected by stations and report to Manager, Revenue Ops
- Tabulate Fare Evasion statistics to Authorities
- Perform periodical updates to work instructions, circulars and Automatic Fare Collection Manual
- Main lead for section in the implementation of Advanced Stations Operations Management System (ASOMS) for Fare Systems Department
Requirements
- GCE 'A' level / Diploma
- Experience in cash reconciliation or financial accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Good with numbers and basic understanding of financial accounting processes
- IT savvy with enterprise systems and digital systems
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Meticulous and able to work under stress and tight deadlines
