Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Partners, Directors to Managers assigned under his/her portfolio
  • Undertake various administrative tasks such as secretarial support, billings, travel bookings, meeting room bookings, upload files onto global in-house software on an ongoing basis etc
  • Process billings and managing the billing process
  • Carry out recovery activities with due diligence within prescribed standard operating procedures to minimize delinquency and ensuring compliance with the firm's guidelines
  • May be required to prepare statement of accounts and monthly ageing reports
  • Maintain 'live' or up to date status reports, and provide the reports to managers upon requests
  • Communicate actively with the respective internal stakeholders
  • May be required to prepare simple analytical reports when necessary
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials, reports
  • Provide status updates on files and track progress using in-house database
  • Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned including support to members of the team

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivables or similar setting in a professional services environment preferably
  • Comfortable with the use of different softwares in day to day activities
  • Prior knowledge in SAP, Salesforce software will be advantageous
  • Proven track record of success on closing outstanding invoices
  • Comfortable to deal with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a voluminous workload
  • Meticulous and excellent attention to detail
