Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for new Process Development and/or Process Transfer
- Process optimization for Yield and Productivity improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve Process related issues
- Sustain and/or improve Process Capability, CpK
- Qualify and release tools for required MFG capacity
- Qualify alternate sources for Cost improvement
- Continuous improvement through participation in 10k idea, LSS & BKM to create cost effective and robust processes with quality
- Adhere and complete necessary documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / science or equivalent
- At least 3 years relevant experience in Semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
- Basic engineering knowledge, which may include semiconductor devices theory, electronics, digital principle and wafer fabrication processes
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft business applications
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Positive learning attitude
- Able to take pressure under time-constrained situations
